• Has six siblings, Vera is the second oldest of seven. And the siblings are named Victor, Stephan, Nadia, Alexander, Laryssa, and Taissa. They all share the same parents.

• Her sister Laryssa was born with spina bifida.

• Though both her parents are Ukrainian-born, her mother grew up in the United States from infancy and her father was raised in Argentina.
